This liner bag is built for cocktail mixer concentrate on the US West Coast, where oxygen pickup and light exposure can dull citrus, botanicals and sweetener notes. The film structure can be specified as PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE for high oxygen and light barrier, with food-contact grade sealing layers for reliable spout welds. Capacities from 5 L to 20 L suit bag-in-box dispensing and machine-connected cocktail programs. Spout options include aseptic-style fitments, butterfly valves and connector formats to match your filling and dispense equipment. We confirm fitment dimensions and film gauge against your filler before sampling.
For production, the liner bag runs on vertical or horizontal fill-seal equipment depending on spout format, with bag-in-box loading after filling. The high-barrier layer is selected to protect volatile cocktail aromatics and limit oxidation through shelf life, while the sealant layer is chosen for strength, flex-crack resistance and clean dispensing. We print up to 10 colors by rotogravure, so brand, batch and handling instructions stay legible on a liner that may be hidden inside a box. Common MOQ is 10,000 pieces per size and print run, with stock-film samples available before custom artwork. Lead time is typically 15–25 days after artwork and sample approval, depending on film structure and spout stock.
For cocktail mixer applications, we recommend validating aseptic filling compatibility with your filler, including filling temperature, closure torque and dispense cycle, especially if the bag will connect directly to a machine valve. The bag-in-box format supports low-oxygen transfer, tidy storage and consistent pour or pump performance in bars, bottlers and co-packers. Please share capacity, spout drawing, fill method and expected shelf life so we can propose a PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE laminate and a sampling plan. As a Dongguan factory with a 15,000 m² clean workshop, 10-color rotogravure printing and spout-pouch capability, we can coordinate film, fitment and print in one production flow without making unverified performance claims.
