Engineered for cold brew concentrate, this spout pouch uses a food-contact-grade laminate such as PET/VMPET/PE for oxygen and light barrier, or PET/AL/PE where maximum shelf-life protection is required. A nylon (BOPA) option can improve flex-crack resistance for chilled handling and transport. The spout is a leak-resistant fitment sized for concentrate filling and dispensing, with options for standard screw caps or dispensing valves. Gusseted and flat-bottom pouch formats support stable filling and packing. Clear or metallized/foil structures can be specified according to light-exposure and display needs. Film thickness, spout diameter and cap style are confirmed against your fill line, product chemistry and target shelf life before sampling.
The pouch is designed for compatibility with aseptic and hot-fill filling lines after line trials and product validation; exact filling temperature, headspace and cap sterilisation requirements should be confirmed with your process. The spout fitment supports clean filling and secure sealing, and can be specified for bag-in-box or stand-alone dispensing configurations. Printing uses 10-colour rotogravure for precise brand colour, ingredient and usage information on oxygen-barrier film, with matte, gloss or registered tactile effects available. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per SKU, and stocked film/structures may allow lower trial quantities. We provide pre-production samples and filling-line samples so US West Coast producers can verify seal strength, fitment torque and shelf-life performance before scale-up.
