High-Barrier 5L Bag-in-Box for Plant-Based Milk — Oxygen-Shield Dispensing

This Bag-in-Box format is built for plant-based milk producers who need reliable oxygen and light protection from fill line to dispenser. The flexible inner bag uses a food-contact grade high-barrier laminate such as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with the aluminum or metallized layer selected to suit your barrier target, fill method and shelf-life program. Standard capacities cover 1–20 L, with 5 L and 10 L sizes well suited to cafe, foodservice and dairy-alternative dispensing. A large-diameter screw spout with tamper-evident cap supports clean filling and controlled discharge; dispenser-valve and cap options can be specified. The bag is designed to work with outer cartons and can be supplied for aseptic-filling compatibility projects, subject to line and product validation.

Printing is handled by 10-color rotogravure, so the BIB bag can carry clear brand color, batch and product information, and dispensing instructions across the available print area. We can work from supplied artwork and recommend matte or gloss surface options according to how the bag will be handled in the filling room and dispenser. Pre-production samples let you check spout fitment, film hand feel, print registration and carton fit before mass production.
