Film thickness, web structure, spout placement and evacuation performance are reviewed against the dispense rate and transport conditions you specify.

How do you work with West Coast buyers on samples and shipping?

We define the application and structure first, then issue samples for filling and dispensing trials. Approved jobs move through printing, lamination and conversion with lot identification. We coordinate export packing, documents and shipment timing for US West Coast delivery schedules.

This oxygen-barrier zipper pouch is built for kombucha producers who need a clean, resealable pack with better light and oxygen protection than clear mono-film bags. A typical structure is PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, using food-contact grade film and a press-to-close zipper; an optional spout or dispensing valve can be added for foodservice and refill formats. The pouch is suited to 500 ml–5 L capacities, with flat-bottom or stand-up profiles available for shelf presence. We print artwork by 10-colour rotogravure so brand colours, ingredient panels and batch information stay crisp on the finished roll or pouch.

For kombucha, filling method matters as much as film choice. The zipper pouch can be specified for cold-fill, chilled-fill or aseptic-filling compatibility after a line review, depending on carbonation, pH, shelf-life target and closure design. We recommend confirming headspace, fill temperature and sealing window before production, especially if the pack includes a spout or valve.
