Built for kombucha producers who need a practical oxygen- and light-barrier package, this spout pouch uses a PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE laminate selected around your fill temperature, carbonation level and target shelf life. The stand-up or flat-bottom pouch format can be specified from 1 L to 20 L, with a centered or offset spout for clean pouring and dispensing. Food-contact grade film, tight seal windows and controlled spout welding help support aseptic or clean-fill projects when the line and process are validated together. We confirm film thickness, spout bore and fitment style against your filling nozzle, cap and secondary packaging before sampling.
For kombucha, barrier performance is only useful when the pouch fills, seals and dispenses reliably. We quote the structure, spout and tear notch as one system, then produce pre-production samples so your team can run line trials with actual product.
