This foil pouch for wine is built as a high-barrier bag-in-box liner in 3 L, 5 L, 10 L and 20 L working capacities. The recommended laminate is PET/aluminum foil/PE, with the foil layer providing oxygen and light protection and the food-contact PE layer supporting secure spout welds. A weld-in spout with screw cap or butterfly valve allows clean filling and controlled dispensing in bag-in-box systems. The pouch format can be specified for cold-fill or aseptic filling lines, subject to filling-equipment validation. Flat, pillow-style construction helps the filled pouch sit efficiently inside standard corrugated BIB cases for West Coast wine producers, wineries and private-label bottlers.
Printing is handled by 10-colour rotogravure in our 15,000 m² clean workshop, allowing full-panel wine branding, varietal information, batch coding areas and dispensing instructions on the foil laminate. We can quote matte, gloss or registered surface finishes and align the print layout with spout position and BIB case orientation. Custom artwork is preflighted before cylinder engraving; a printed proof or sample can be supplied for approval. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per design, with sampling available before mass production. For wine applications, we keep ink and film specifications aligned with food-contact requirements and the filling method. This approach gives US West Coast wineries and beverage producers a practical path from artwork to production-ready foil wine pouches.
For wine, the key advantage is barrier performance: the aluminum foil layer helps limit oxygen ingress and blocks light that can degrade delicate aromas and color. Combined with bag-in-box dispensing, the pouch collapses as wine is drawn off, reducing headspace and helping maintain quality after opening. This makes the format suitable for still wine, private-label programs, tasting-room service, events and export packs where weight and breakage risk matter. Spout and valve options can be matched to filling equipment and dispenser style, and the film structure can be adjusted for target shelf-life and distribution conditions. Production lead time is typically 15–25 working days after artwork and deposit approval, depending on print complexity and quantity.
