ABOUT US
广东康迪包装制品有限公司
Guangdong Kody Packaging Products Co., Ltd.
Guangdong Kody Packaging Products Co., Ltd. is a flexible-packaging factory in Dongguan, China, serving beverage and dairy producers on the US West Coast. Our work focuses on cold-brew concentrate, juice, cream, kombucha and plant milk—products where oxygen pickup, light exposure and dispensing method affect shelf life. This site is written for West Coast buyers who need technical packaging support, not generic catalog copy. We make spout pouches, bag-in-box, roll film and spouted liners from one production base.
Our Dongguan workshop covers 15,000 m² and includes clean production areas, ten-color rotogravure printing, lamination, slitting and pouch-making. We convert spout pouches, bag-in-box bags, roll film and spouted liners, with job-specific seal profiles and fitment placement. Printing is controlled for brand color, technical marks and variable data where required. All equipment settings are recorded by job so repeat orders can be checked against the approved specification, not re-estimated from memory.
Food-contact control starts with material specification. We require supplier declarations for films, adhesives, inks and fitments, then check incoming lots against approved references. During production, seal strength, print position, fitment welds and dimensions are inspected at defined intervals. Finished rolls and pouches carry lot identification for traceability. We do not publish certifications we do not hold; instead, we provide the material and process records your technical team requests for beverage and dairy packaging reviews.
For West Coast buyers, we work from a written application brief: product, fill method, fill temperature, shelf-life target, dispensing format and distribution conditions. We propose structures, issue samples and review trial results before quoting production. Approved jobs then move through print, lamination and conversion with lot records. We coordinate export packing and documents from Dongguan, and we keep technical questions with one project contact so specifications, samples and repeat orders stay aligned.
Four Reasons to Work With Us
An in-house design team and a complete service chain that keeps your project simple and predictable.
Barrier Structure Engineering
We specify oxygen and light barrier layers against your fill temperature, headspace, shelf-life target and distribution conditions. Film, foil, metallized and EVOH options are reviewed for seal strength, flex-crack resistance and cost.
Aseptic Line Compatibility
Structures are matched to aseptic filling requirements such as fitment type, seal window, film stiffness and roll or pouch format. We review line trials, fill temperatures and handling conditions before locking specifications.
Bag-in-Box Dispensing Formats
Bag-in-box and spouted liners are specified around dispense rate, evacuation performance, fitment connection and transport pressure. We review film thickness, web structure and spout placement against your filling and dispensing equipment.
Print and Laminate Control
Ten-color rotogravure printing supports consistent brand color and technical markings on flexible webs. Lamination, slitting and pouch-making are controlled through job-specific settings, with print and seal checks recorded against approved references.
How We Customise Your Packaging
One dedicated contact from the first enquiry to after-sales, with progress you can check at any time.
Application Review
We review your product, fill method, shelf-life target, dispensing format and West Coast distribution route. This defines barrier, seal and format constraints before a structure is proposed.
Structure Proposal
We propose film and laminate constructions with barrier layer, thickness, fitment and sealant options. Each option states expected trade-offs for shelf life, filling speed and evacuation performance.
Sample and Trial
Pre-production samples are made to agreed dimensions and materials. We support filling and dispensing trials, then review seal integrity, fitment function, print position and handling before production approval.
Print and Laminate
Approved artwork is color-separated for ten-color rotogravure. Lamination is scheduled with specified adhesives and cure conditions, with web tension and visual checks recorded during running.
Pouch and Liner Conversion
Pouches, spouted liners and bag-in-box bags are converted using job-specific seal profiles. Spout welds, tear notches, fitment placement and final dimensions are checked against the approved specification.
Packing and Shipping
Finished rolls, pouches and liners are packed for export with lot identification and handling instructions. We coordinate documents and shipment timing for US West Coast delivery schedules.
