This fresh juice zipper pouch is built for West Coast beverage producers who need reclosable, high-barrier packaging from chilled filling through retail or foodservice use. The recommended structure is PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, with a food-contact grade sealant layer and oxygen- and light-barrier core selected for juice sensitivity. The reclosable zipper keeps product protected after opening, while a bottom gusset can provide stand-up shelf presence where required. Capacities can be developed from 250 mL to 5 L, with common 1 L, 2 L, 3 L and 5 L formats for juice concentrates, single-strength juice and dairy-adjacent beverages. The pouch can be specified with an optional dispensing fitment for direct-pour or bag-in-box dispensing, subject to filling-line and closure validation.
Printing is produced in-house on 10-colour rotogravure presses, allowing brand colours, juice variety markers, lot coding areas and usage instructions to be reproduced consistently across repeat orders. The zipper pouch can be configured for chilled or hot-fill processes, and aseptic filling can be reviewed against your line, fitment and closure requirements before tooling is finalised. A sample or pilot run is recommended to confirm film stiffness, zipper opening force, fill temperature and headspace behaviour. Standard MOQ starts at 10,000 pouches per SKU for custom-printed structures, with lower quantities discussed for sampling or initial market tests. Sampling typically includes a plain or printed prototype, dimensional drawing and film-structure proposal so your team can validate runnability on existing form-fill-seal or pre-made pouch lines.
For fresh juice, cold-brew concentrate, kombucha and plant-milk-adjacent products, the pouch format supports portioned retail packs and larger foodservice dispensers. Oxygen and light barrier levels are matched to targeted shelf life, filling method and distribution temperature; no shelf-life claim should be assumed until your product, process and package are validated together. For bag-in-box programmes, specify the appropriate fitment, valve or tap and outer carton to suit your dispenser. The zipper remains useful for sampling, refill or back-of-house use where full dispensing hardware is not required. Kody Packaging runs a 15,000 m2 clean workshop in Dongguan and can support artwork review, cylinder planning, repeat-order colour control and export packing for US West Coast delivery schedules.
