Olive Oil Spout Pouch with Oxygen-Barrier Film and Clean-Pour Spout

This olive oil spout pouch is engineered around a high-barrier flexible laminate, typically PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, with a food-contact-grade PE sealant and a welded spout. The metallized or aluminium layer helps limit oxygen and light exposure that can dull fresh olive-oil aroma, while the PE inner layer supports secure heat sealing and clean product contact. Available capacities can be quoted from small retail sizes through 1 L, 3 L and 5 L formats, with custom dimensions and spout placement to suit upright retail display or foodservice dispensing. The pouch format reduces empty-packaging weight and storage space compared with rigid containers, and the spout allows controlled pouring without removing a full lid.

Filling can be planned for open-top or spout-filling methods on compatible olive-oil packaging lines, followed by capping and leak checks. Because olive oil is sensitive to oxygen and light, we recommend confirming the barrier grade, headspace, fill temperature and intended shelf life before finalising the laminate. The spout and cap are selected for food-contact use and can include a tamper-evident design for retail confidence. Custom printing uses 10-colour rotogravure to reproduce brand colours, varietal details and regulatory panels on the pouch web, with matte, gloss or tactile effects available subject to artwork review.
