This Liquid Pouch is purpose-built for yogurt drinks that need reliable oxygen and light protection from filling line to retail shelf. The pouch uses food-contact grade laminated film, typically PET/VMPET/PE for metallized barrier or PET/AL/PE where a foil layer is preferred, with a sealed spout sized for dairy beverage filling and clean dispensing. The flexible format supports aseptic filling compatibility when specified with the filler and closure system, helping West Coast dairy and beverage producers protect cultured flavor, color and freshness. Available capacities are 100–500 mL, with spout position, fitment style and corner shape customized to your filling equipment and retail presentation. The pouch can run on common spouted-pouch filling lines after line trials and artwork approval.
Printing is handled in our Dongguan clean workshop on 10-colour rotogravure presses, so yogurt-drink brands can carry detailed ingredient panels, bilingual US labeling, lot coding areas and West Coast retail compliance information without sacrificing barrier performance. We quote from artwork and filling details; sampling can include stock-film pouch samples for fit and feel, followed by printed pre-production samples after artwork and cylinder approval. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per design and size, with lower-volume stock-film trials discussed separately. Every run is scheduled after written approval of pouch dimensions, spout type, film structure and print proof. For dairy applications, we recommend confirming filling temperature, closure torque and secondary packaging before production.
For yogurt drinks, the key benefit is controlled dispensing without opening the full pack. The spout can be specified for single-serve drinking, foodservice pouring or bag-in-box-style connector systems where the filling and dispensing equipment supports that fitment. Oxygen-barrier and light-barrier film options help protect cultured dairy notes, added flavors and color during chilled or ambient distribution when the full pack, fill and shelf-life protocol are validated. We can customize capacity, spout angle, tear notch, hang hole and outer case format for West Coast dairy producers, co-packers and private-label brands. Because yogurt drinks vary in viscosity, pulp and filling temperature, we review your process before recommending film gauge, spout bore and sealing parameters.
