The 5–20 L pillow-style BIB bag is fitted with a low-oxygen dispensing spout and can be paired with a corrugated outer box for US West Coast distribution. The film resists flex cracking and supports aseptic filling compatibility when the filler and fitment system are correctly matched. We can adjust gauge and structure for shelf-life targets, filling equipment, and concentrate solids, while keeping the bag compatible with standard BIB connectors and dispensing valves.
Each BIB is produced in our 15,000 m² clean workshop and printed by 10-colour rotogravure, allowing brand colours, batch marks, and handling instructions to run around the bag and fitment area.
