Engineered for smoothie base, this bag-in-box uses a high-barrier PET/AL/PE laminate or PET/VMPET/PE option to limit oxygen ingress and light exposure during storage. The inner pillow-style BIB bag is available in 5 L, 10 L and 20 L capacities, with a fitment and dispensing spout positioned for clean emptying into blenders or beverage-prep stations. Food-contact grade film supports aseptic and hot-fill line integration when validated with your process. The 15,000 m² clean workshop handles extrusion, lamination, pouch-making and 10-colour rotogravure printing in one controlled flow, helping West Coast producers match barrier performance with brand graphics.

The bag-in-box format keeps smoothie base protected from oxygen pickup and light while allowing gravity or pump-assisted dispensing at the point of use. A welded dispensing spout with a tamper-evident cap is available in common BIB fitments; valve and connector options can be matched to your filling head and dispenser. Once filled, the flexible inner bag collapses as product is drawn down, reducing headspace and limiting exposure to air. For custom-printed orders, MOQ starts at 5,000 bags per SKU, with artwork proofing, cylinder review and physical samples supplied before production. Sampling typically takes 7–10 working days after approved artwork; production lead time is confirmed against film structure, spout type and quantity.

Brand the bag-in-box inner film with up to 10-colour rotogravure printing for batch codes, flavour cues and West Coast distributor requirements. Reverse-printed PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates can be specified in gloss, matte or registered windows; spout colour, cap style and fitment size can be coordinated with the print design.
