This foil pouch is positioned for cold brew concentrate producers who need oxygen and light protection in a compact dispensing format. The standard structure is a food-contact grade PET/AL/PE laminate, with PET/VMPET/PE available when a metallized barrier is preferred; the aluminum foil layer supports a strong oxygen and light barrier for concentrated liquid coffee. The pouch is fitted with a dispensing spout for bag-in-box service and is available in a 3 L standard capacity, with 1–10 L custom sizing to suit different concentrate yields and dispenser configurations. It can be specified for compatible aseptic filling lines after filler validation, helping West Coast beverage teams plan shelf life and chilled or ambient distribution.
For filling, the pouch is designed for liquid concentrate handling and bag-in-box dispensing, with spout and valve options chosen to match the filler, cap, and dispenser interface. A disc-valve or standard dispensing fitment can be specified so operators can evacuate concentrate cleanly and reseal between uses. Printing is produced by 10-colour rotogravure on the outer film, allowing brand colors, brew-strength cues, lot/date panels, and usage instructions to be placed without labels. Matte or gloss surface options are available. The film and fitment combination should be validated on the customer’s filling line, especially where aseptic filling or extended chilled shelf life is required.
