This liner bag is engineered for apple cider producers who need reliable oxygen and light protection inside bag-in-box systems. A typical food-contact structure is PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, with the metallised or foil layer selected for barrier requirements and the PE sealant chosen for liquid contact and spout welding. The flexible liner collapses as product is dispensed, helping limit headspace and oxygen pickup during storage. It can be supplied in 1–10 L capacities, with 5 L and 10 L formats common for foodservice and retail concentrate programs. The bag format supports aseptic filling lines when specified with compatible fitments and process controls. Film, spout and valve options are confirmed against your cider formulation, fill temperature and intended shelf-life conditions before sampling.
For filling, the liner bag can be configured with a center or offset spout and a compatible butterfly valve, button valve or dispensing fitment depending on your bag-in-box connector. The fitment area is designed for secure welding and clean product evacuation, making the format suitable for apple cider concentrate, single-strength juice and foodservice dispensers. Available print options include 10-colour rotogravure on the outer film, allowing brand, filling and handling information to be reproduced with consistent registration. The liner can be supplied as plain stock for pilot runs or custom printed for production programs. Because apple cider varies in acidity, solids and process temperature, we recommend sharing your filling method and dispenser interface before finalizing the spout, valve and film specification.
Production runs are quoted from a practical MOQ of 10,000 pieces per liner bag specification, with lower quantities reviewed for trials when tooling and print setup allow. Sampling usually starts with available film and spout swatches, followed by custom printed or unfilled pilot samples after artwork, plate and fitment confirmation. Lead time is typically 15–25 working days after final artwork approval and sample sign-off, depending on print complexity, valve availability and order volume. The bags are produced in our 15,000 m² clean workshop using 10-colour rotogravure printing, with spout pouch, bag-in-box and roll film capabilities supporting coordinated liner programs. Please provide capacity, film structure, spout or valve type, artwork and target fill conditions so we can return a clear quotation and sampling plan.
