Engineered for fresh juice, this spout pouch uses a PET/VMPET/PE laminate to combine printability, oxygen and light barrier, and a food-contact sealing layer. The metallized PET layer helps protect delicate juice color and aroma, while the polyethylene interior supports reliable spout welds and flexible pouch strength. Available in 1L to 10L capacities, it suits chilled juice, cold-pressed blends and concentrate pack-out for West Coast beverage producers. The pouch format can be specified for aseptic filling compatibility, with spout size, fitment and film thickness confirmed against your filler and closure system. Printing is handled by 10-color rotogravure in our Dongguan facility, allowing photographic juice imagery, brand color matching and consistent repeats across production runs.
