Built for apple cider producers, this vacuum pouch uses a light-blocking PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminate to limit oxygen ingress and protect color and aroma during vacuum packing. The food-contact grade film is selected for liquid and semi-liquid cider, concentrate, and juice applications. A strong vacuum seal helps the pouch pull tight around the product for compact storage and transport. We can add an optional screw-cap spout or valve for dispensing where the filling line supports it. The pouch can be supplied as a flat vacuum bag or with shaped corners and reinforced edges depending on capacity and case packing.
For US West Coast beverage and dairy teams, the pouch can be quoted around your filling method, from vacuum chamber or nozzle filling to spout-fitment and aseptic-compatible interfaces where specified. We print artwork by 10-colour rotogravure for consistent brand color and fine detail on the film, with matte or gloss surface options. Common layouts include 3 L and 5 L capacities, with dimensions adjusted to your fill weight and vacuum level. Because apple cider varies in solids and acidity, we recommend confirming film thickness, seal width and spout placement with a sample before production. Food-contact grade materials are used, and artwork approval takes place before plates are made.
MOQ is typically 10,000 pieces per SKU for custom-printed vacuum pouches; smaller trial runs can be discussed for sampling. Sampling usually starts with a stock-film structural sample for fit and barrier review, followed by a printed prototype after artwork approval. Production lead time is commonly 15–25 days after artwork and deposit confirmation, depending on film structure, print colors, spout or valve options, and order quantity. Finished pouches are packed in export cartons for shipment to the US West Coast. Please share capacity, fill weight, spout type, vacuum requirements and target shelf-life so we can recommend a practical laminate and seal configuration.
