Built as a vacuum pouch for wine rather than a generic liquid bag, this pack uses a high-barrier food-contact laminate such as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE to limit oxygen ingress and light exposure during storage and distribution. The flat vacuum-pouch format supports tight, space-efficient palletising for wineries, bottlers and private-label programs, while the sealed panel area can be configured for vacuum filling and clean dispensing. Available in 3 L, 5 L and 10 L sizes, with custom capacity development on request. The film is selected for flexibility, puncture resistance and reliable heat-seal integrity, and can be supplied as food-contact grade film for wine, juice and other beverage projects.
For filling, the pouch can be specified with an optional low-profile wine dispenser spout, screw cap or vacuum-seal port to suit manual, semi-automatic or inline vacuum filling lines. Spout and seal dimensions are confirmed against your filling equipment before production, so wineries can trial samples on their own line; aseptic-compatible filling options can be reviewed where the project requires it. Branding is produced by 10-colour rotogravure printing with matte or gloss finishes, registration marks and custom artwork support. Sampling is available for structure, fitment and print approval before a production run. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per SKU/design; smaller trial quantities can be discussed for stock structures. This makes the format practical for West Coast wineries, beverage co-packers and private-label wine programs.
The vacuum pouch is engineered around oxygen and light barrier needs for wine: aluminium-foil or metallised high-barrier layers help protect aroma and colour, while the vacuum-sealed body reduces headspace and supports compact storage. Optional dispensing fitments allow controlled pour or tap-style service for tasting rooms, events and foodservice, and the pouch can be integrated into bag-in-box or dispenser formats where the project requires it. We confirm film structure, fill volume, spout type and artwork through samples before mass production. All materials are offered as food-contact grade film; final suitability for a specific wine, fill method and shelf-life target should be validated with your own product trials.
